Loved the customer service provided by Sajan & Disha. We came in to the store 5 minutes before closing, yet they attended to us with a warm friendly demeanor. I am extremely happy with the store and how they made us feel, like our concern was important. We got our issue resolved right there and then by Sajan, we were never told that the store has now closed come back tomorrow. Hats off to Sajan and his politeness, kindness and above par customer service. Thank you guys for your very best!
Arion, Damien, and a girl (Karen I think) super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on the phone plans. Arion assisted with us buying 2 iPhones and the transaction was seamless. Give Arion a raise!! Excellent service from the team.

My family and I had the pleasure of being attended to by Disha and Devon, two extremely knowledgeable and professional staff members at this location. My family and I came in with a pretty tall order, purchasing and setting up 4 brand new iPhones with Bell as our new provider. Unfortunately, there were some hurdles along the way but none caused by Disha or Devon. There appears to have been some uncooperative members from the call centre that didn't quite have the patience to activate our new numbers (something like that, anyway). Disha and Devon were extremely patient with their colleagues - polite to the very end. They were also extremely reassuring and proceeded to help us with our problem well past the store's closing hours. I believe they stayed an entire hour after the mall had closed to ensure that we left feeling satisfied. Overall, their expertise and their ability to deal with their customers was outstanding. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new phone or set up a new mobile plan attend this location. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from these two extraordinary employees. A final note: these employees do not work for commission, unlike the other booths in the mall. Something to consider...!
Excellent Customer Service, was trying to get a tablet plan and kept going back and forth with Best Buy (Upstairs) for few DAYS , finally was sent to the Best Buy Mobile (downstairs) , by the ones from upstairs. Devon was extremely helpful, he helped me out and made sure my problem was solved by Bell, even if it meant he would loose the sale. Whereas most sales Rep at Best Buy try to pressure you into getting into a plan, Devon was really helpful who just wanted to make sure I was satisfied and my problem is solved. I only wish I had went straight to him rather than going to Best Buy Mobile upstairs, it would have saved me few days.
