They have the best customer service and reply to questions promptly. They really care about their customers and I'll continue to support them. They are pretty new, I think, but they have a lot of knowledge, especially about fountain pens and are very helpful without trying to upsell the customer. They were able to replace a damaged nib even though they didn't carry that brand of pen.
