I made an error in the delivery date when placing an order. Used the online chat and was able to get the flowers delivered same day!

Had the BEST customer service experience!! Wanted to order flowers that were sold out for same day delivery. However, after speaking with the customer service rep online, they were able to help me out and get me exactly what I wanted. No hassle or anything! Really grateful - thank you!!

Bloomen is FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend ordering from them. They have great prices and even greater service; I ordered condolence flowers in the AM, selected same day check-out, with no extra fees and the flowers were delivered perfectly by 6PM the same day. I received up to date tracking links and several picture confirmations along the way. You can bet I will be using Bloomen again for future flower orders.
