I have been banking at 45 Montpelier street Brampton ON for a couple of months. This branch is an example of great customer service which I have yet to find here. The support from the staff is amazing. Mathew Sinaguglia has helped me to open personal and business accounts and advised me on many aspects being a new comer to Canada. I visited this branch and by far had the most pleasant experience in a bank. Mathew was incredibly professional and thorough in assisting me. He is not only knowledgeable and helpful but is a true advocate for his clients.
He took the time to explain multiple financial structures so that I could explore my options and make an informed decision. Matt also stayed back after closing time to finish up our appointment.
