Excellent service and very nice staff.
I walked in with an appointment and immediately was greeted by someone. Many other banks have a more "get in and get out" attitude.
I was helped by Natasha, the Financial Services Manager. She showed great analytical drive by demonstrating the benefits of different products, walking me through an iPad demonstration and talking about soccer along the way! I probably would not have switched over my bank account if it wasn't for her exceptional service.
They seem to hire many new/inexperienced tellers who seem quite clueless and try to push their products onto you. Only their older, experienced tellers here are good. My experience at the BMO branch at Bramalea is usually much better - they seem more professional there.
