I found Appliance Repair Crew Inc online while I was looking for someone who could repair my dryer on a short notice. I was able to get hold of Rakesh, who came for an initial assessment and was able to figure out the issue. He ordered the part for us on our request as we have a newborn baby and we preferred not to go through that hustle of looking for part that needed to be fixed. He was very efficient and quick in fixing our dryer. The service fee was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Appliance Repair Crew to others as I found Rakesh very knowledgeable, patient and professional.

My GE washer has drain issue. I called appliance repair crew and technician came in. He throughly checked and found the problem with drain pump. It was too noisy. I told him to replace and he installed the new pump. He run the cycle and explained me how to take care in future. I must say that the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very satisfied with his service and approach. I will sure recommend their service. He maintained all the safety measures while working and I really appreciate it.
