I've been a patient here for perhaps 3 years. I'm probably an ideal patient, with coverage and very few dental issues, but still, I have a few sensitive/painful spots that the hygienist makes sure to work more carefully with. She also remembers my reflux issue, and lowers the whole chair more so I can sit up a bit more, rather than being completely horizontal.

These have been thorough yet gentle cleanings, and the couple times I've needed something (small filling, or retainer re-anchored) they've been able to immediately accommodate.

Amazing staff and dentists! They are the best! They care for their patients and follow up with us!

I have been visiting Brisdale Family Dentistry for over four years. I have only received exceptional customer service from the reception, dental hygienists, and dentists. The clinic is extremely clean and up to date. If I need to get dental services, I do not have to wait weeks for an appointment. I am also taken promptly at the time of my appointment and do not have to wait hours to see the dentists in comparison to other clinics. I was referred to a specialist when I had my wisdom teeth extracted because my dentist wanted to ensure one of my nerves did not get damaged. Instead of completing the procedure themselves, they acted in my best interest instead of their own by referring me to a specialist.

I appreciate the honest and caring service. They always send me reminders before my scheduled cleanings and they are more than willing to re-schedule if I need to.
