We were looking for a used Lexus SUV and went to a large new car dealer (they had a used one in stock) in Newmarket thinking that a larger dealer is more reliable and professional, well they were NOT. We were fortunate to find and deal with Patrick at CA Auto. From the second we met him I felt comfortable and he was very professional. No pressure, no up-selling, no gimmicks, and very easy to talk to. In this day and age it’s great to find people like Patrick, honest and upfront, specially when buying a used car. CA Auto Sales is probably one the best used car sales offices that you can find. Patrick is all around great guy to deal with. He was patient and not pushy at all when I went to go purchase my used vehicle from him. He was genuinely honest and upfront about the vehicle which made me feel very comfortable. He worked with me throughout the process and even drove the car himself to my mechanic to have it inspected. My mechanic only found minor issues which Patrick had no problem taking care of for me before I purchased the vehicle. Vehicle comes standard with 30 day warranty which makes great peace of mind. He did not push unnecessary warranties and made me purchase only what I needed.
