Explained process to deal with city of Oshawa very well. Got me a permit for store renovations including HVAC, electrical. Will hire again.

I enjoyed the timely manner in which everything was taken care of. The whole process of becoming a landlord has been stressful but working with CIDC has made obtaining a permit as easy and simple to understand as possible.

Canadian Infrastructure Design helped me with obtaining my permit to register my basement apartment. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what the city requirements were, they kept me informed on all communications with the city during the process. I find their fee very reasonable compared to other companies.

Had a pretty complex house and cottage upgrade plans in mind and a lot of wildly varying estimates from other consultants. Found these guys through a colleague and they were able to cut the technical BS to a minimum in explaining the options (and their trade offs) on both projects and ultimately found a way to save us costs and improve functionality on both projects.
