My experience has always been a positive one. I know they have made some adjustments with regards to their staff, so at present there are a few new faces. I cannot State an opinion on these people because I have never had the opportunity of speaking with them, however; there are three ladies that are part of the old team GRACE, FRANCE and NEERMALA....they're ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They are very accommodating, caring and professional. Over the years they've assisted my elderly parents with patience, a smile and a kind word and when my father recently died they cried with me because they felt the loss as well

Never had any problems at any of the 3 branches I was involved with. They take care of me at the counter quickly & efficiently.
