Amazing place and amazing staff.

Snehal P. and Jay have been an awesome pair helping me to try and get walking again realizing I haven’t walked for over a year but the overall help with the therapy has helped tremendously I am very able to walk not straight up but a few steps and continuing to have therapy will just improve more I can only say thanks to both and Jay’s continuing help I AM SO VERY PLEASED with the results. My mother-in-law was transferred to Extendicare Brampton for convalescence after ankle replacement surgery. I was supposed to meet her there but I got lost trying to find it! My only complaint is the lack of signage!
Needless to say, I was a little exasperated by the time I found it. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with sunny smiles, empathy for my frustrations and genuine care and they were just the same for my mother-in-law.
Everyone from the cleaners to the psw’s, nurses, physiotherapists and social workers went above and beyond to make my mother-in-law‘s stay comfortable and productive. They truly care. Through their commitment she has rehabbed in record time. I would highly recommend this home.
After reading some of the other reviews and my own experiences with my mother in a long-term care home, it’s not a palace outside but inside it’s clean, comfortable and filled with staff that enjoy their jobs. I can’t say enough kind things about this home.

Absolutely fantastic staff. They really care. Facility is clean. If there are issues, you identify them, and they will deal with them. Initially went to another place that was much more expensive, and it was a disaster. This place was amazing in comparison.

I resenting moved my mom from a retirement home in Mississauga to Extendicare Brampton...My moms dementia was getting worse and she was needing more care which was getting ridiculously costly.The care was worse not better...after time we were on a waiting list and were accepted at Extendicare Brampton...
Well I have to tell you how welcoming the staff was and the cleanliness of the facility, actually seeing staff around.Not smelling urine all the time.
The amenities are great!!
