I Give Robin a 5/5 for both her customer service and the quality of the system. Robin goes out of his way for his customers and for me that is far more important than trying to save costs. If there is an issue Robin is attentive and give you his full attention until the issue is resolved. Robin and his team also did a very good job during installation. They took the time to explain the process and how the system works. I will be referring everyone I know that needs an irrigation system to use Robin and his team.

Robin and his team arrived right on time, explained exacrly what they were going to do and the installation was completed with quiet efficiency in just a few hours, with the minimum amount of mess. From providing the initial quote to following up post installation, the level of customer service was excellent. We are very happy with both the end result and the process.
