My girlfriend and I went on a trail ride today and had such an amazing experience! Olivia and Chris (I believe that was her name) were also absolutely amazing and so kind. Chip and Jane were amazing sports lugging us around. The scenery was beautiful as well. Definitely going back! Highly recommend even for beginners who’ve never ridden a horse before ☺️
Absolutely amazing service! I went with my daughter, and she was nervous.. (as this was her first time being so close to a horse) And the staff were so kind and helpful! They instantly eased her (and dare i say mine!) nerves. The horses were also very cooperative and well trained, especially sweet Jane. On the trail everything went smoothly. Albeit the horses did stop every once in a while to feed on grass, but the moment you pushed them a little they'd stop and instantly continue the trail. Superb scenery, we even came across a few young deer only a few feet away! Very patient staff and calm, obedient horses. 10/10 service, would come again, my daughter and i really enjoyed it. 100% recommend this ranch to newcomers.💯🐎
Claireville Ranch is the BEST place I've ever visited !! The staff is truly what has me coming back!! Everyone there is just so welcoming and friendly. The horses are so beautiful and sweet! If you're looking for a nice week getaway, I suggest everyone to visit this ranch. You won't regret it. Everything about this place is awesome: the horses, the staff, the trails...everything!!! I'm definitely coming back in the near future!! Thank you to the Claireville Ranch staff for such an awesome experience!!
I have been to this ranch couple of times on my own but I had the most fun this weekend with my family. Its great way to enjoy the outdoors. Most of the staff, this time around were very nice ( especially our guide) and the horses are well-behaved and gentle. The trails and scenery are beautiful but make sure you go there on a cooler day or otherwise you will be sweating with horse. Thank you to our guide, who's name I unfortunately forgot (dark hair girl in ponytail) for her patience with our daughter. It was our first time and the young instructor accommodated us so well. She was respectful and polite. Great place. Some of the staff members were a bit snarky, but overall my daughter loved the place. Might come back in cooler months.
The Staff could be more friendly. I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday and the staff member didn’t wish her or acknowledge what I said, with my daughter being right there. There was another incident where another staff member could have been more understanding (with me being a first time rider) and shown more etiquette. It almost seems like some of the staff are tired and maybe don’t want to be there? More smiles would be nice and would lead to better customer service and etiquette. The staff should get some training in this area. Otherwise the ride was good and the staff seem to be responsible. They just need to be a bit more happier?? Smile? Wish someone a happy birthday if this is mentioned? Maybe some incentive for the staff to be more courteous??
