Customer service was great, employees made you feel welcome and were easy to talk to. Good selection of books, even though Chapters obviously is bigger. At the end, perfect place to grab a quick book to read.

It's such a peaceful establishment.. I would describe it as a high end library

I visited Coles the other day to browse. This location was spacious and clean. They do have a limited range of products compared to Chapter's which is understandable due to the size of the location. I appreciated how patient and helpful the salesperson was with my friend who was trying to resolve an issue with her online account.

Place is good and the employees are helpful. However, if you are looking for a book that is low in quantity. It may not be the best of quality as it may have been handled too roughly. You can always order online and get it delievered here.

Its not a big store but they have enough books to satisfy you. And their employees are really friendly. I love coming here. Though I hope they get a bigger place in the future.
