Crown Floors & Decor

I have to admit that reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit hesitant at first, but I decided to procure my wooden flooring from Crown at Brampton. I have to say that the customer service I received was fantastic throughout, as good quality wood was delivered as promised, the delivery guy was polite and helped store it as I demanded. The kudos though goes to Baljeet (manager, hope I spelt the name right), who demonstrated true empathy and service when I fell short of 5 boxes on the day it was being installed. Not only did she ensure prompt arrangement for the additional requirement, she made sure it reached me within a few hours of my having called them for help. Based upon this experience alone, I am contemplating giving them my basement construction business. I will ensure I provide a follow up review if Pawan and team are able to deliver a great job.

It was not bad. Sometimes they Make you wait too much, sometimes you get things much faster. Overall situation is really, they are really friendly and cooperative.
