I started meeting with Coslyn in 2017 after experiencing really bad anxiety and everything changed for the better very quickly. She is so kind and insightful and I hear the same from everyone I know that has met with her. I am grateful to know that I can speak with Coslyn whenever I feel down or do not feel like my usual self

After trying a few different therapists, I have found Coselyn and could not be happier with the services I am currently receiving. She was extremely professional on my first visit and connected with me instantly. She was completely open to hearing my situation and instantly guided me into the right direction. She ensures the session is about the client and not about anything else. She meets the clients needs and books appoints based on the clients schedule. She is willing to come in early and stay late to meet the needs of her clients. She is also constantly doing research to provide the best support and service. I HIGHLY recommend Coselyn to anyone suffering from any mental health illness or anyone who may need someone non judgemental to listen to their story. Her office is very relaxing and the counselling session takes place in a very calming office space. I enjoy everything about the service I am receiving.

Ms. Selby made me feel welcome and put me at ease the moment I walked through the door.

She has and will continue to offer me objective but fair and warm guidance and counselling through the ups and downs I experience. She makes it so easy to talk about whatever is on my mind each week, and I am so thankful for her hard work.

Best decision I've made!

In response to Aman Gill’s negative review and one star, I can attest that Coslyn is none of those things. I have been seeing her for more than a year. This is by choice because I have solved the initial issue that I was seeking assistance with.

I have found immense value in continuing with her on all new items that arise in my life. It has allowed me to stay focus and mentally strong so I can live a mindful life while being present for what really matters.

She will definitely call me on issues that I don’t want to face up to which is all fair. This is why we seek objective guidance for our actions.

When I embarked on this journey with Coslyn I had no idea the peaks and valleys of emotions that I would unearth within myself. Coslyn have been very supportive in meeting me where I am in my process, in order to push me forward. From every session there is a learning that I can incorporate into my daily life. She is very gentle yet realistic in her guidance. This enables me to be more receptive to make difficult decisions that I need to in my life.

Ms. Selby is amazing! Her experience really shows, and my first session with her gave me a lot of insights on things I had been thinking about a lot. She is super friendly, so it easy to talk to her. Just the first few sessions have helped me a lot, because she has useful insights I hadn't realized on my own.

I especially like that she guides sessions effectively, because it feels like she hones in on an area that can provide the most progress to focus on first. I look forward to the next session each week!
