Quiet spot most of the time, under construction at the moment though
Attended "Crack Me Up Comedy Festival" awesome show!!
The library is kind of small and the tables get filled fast, but when you have a table its smooth sailing. Good variety of books, very quiet, and a good space for children. People are quiet and respect personal space. Love the atmosphere and a really good work environment, and close proximity to Heart Lake making it easy for students to go there after school very convenient.
Besides a resource to find books and other media, this library is the best one in Brampton, because it's cozy and has very helpful staff.
This is a small, cosy venue that occasionally features LIVE theatre by local performer groups (Peel Panto, etc.). However, they have not done this in several years. Also sometimes host Author's Talks, when authors talk about their new book and read chapters. This is NOT a movie theatre, and, at least to my knowledge, it never has been one. However, I will be there possibly in the next few days as it is adjacent to Cyril Clark Library, where I will be returning and checking out books, so then I shall make further enquiries. I shall then update this review if there are any changes of which I am informed.
