The whole process from start to end was seamless. Danny did the install and he did a great job. Great communication, told us what he was going to do and did it in the timeframe he promised. From my experience I highly recommend Dr HVAC and Danny to do the work!

Brian from Dr. HVAC was available to come right away and he was great at going over the issue with my furnace with me and explaining how I could prevent the issue from occurring again. He was polite, professional and very reasonably priced compared to some other quotes I got. I highly recommended Dr. HVAC

Bad timing for the A/C to go. Called Dr HVAC, pleasant conversation, said a tech would be out between 2 and 6. Bryan and his partner arrived at 2! Usually its the later time someone arrives, so that was impressive. They checked out the A/C, fixed some wiring and sussed out it was the capacitor. Cool air finally! He verified that the air differential was good before leaving, great work, knowledgeable and appreciate the explanations!

Just had an A/C installed. Danny is an incredible tech, walked through the install with him, answered all the question, even fixed some drainage lines and some wiring that was out of his scope. Clean, neat install top to bottom.

The process of getting a quote and scheduling an appointment was not the best as it took days to get a response. Most of the time, I had to send a second email reminding them to respond because I didn't hear anything for 3-4 days. So, office staff should improve their communication. Other than that though, it was a good experience. Their staff is polite and friendly. The technician that was sent to my house seemed very knowledgeable and he was very friendly. Price was fair.
