I went to see Castra after my whole back had seized up and had triggered my sciatic nerve. This guy and his knowledge will blow you away and I couldn't give him a higher recommendation. He walked me through each step so that I would understand exactly what was going on with my body and what he needed to do. In the end, I had Massage Therapy, Acupuncture; and a main focus on physical therapy to fix what was wrong and make adjustments to my daily life yo help endure that it wouldn't happen again. The office/studio is very clean, has everything that you need and Castra is a great guy. Furthemore, his rates were so reasonable, that I was able to go twice a week for over a month and the results were successful. I would HIGHLY recommend the East Brampton Physiotherapy clinic to anyone suffering from chronic pain or those wanting to make healthy adjustments to their lives to avoid pain in the future.

Castra is very professional when providing treatment. He listens to his customers needs and takes his time to provide the right and effective treatment. Castra is also flexible with booking appointments that is convenient for any busy schedule. I recommend Castra to anyone looking for a physiotherapist/ massage therapist who is attentive to there needs and gets the job done!

Went with stiff back and pain was 7-8. 4 session and I was perfectly good. Castra talk to his patient and takes time to explain science behind each exercise and anatomy of muscles. He is the first therapist I met who give advice on phone without any charges.
