Got our Air conditioner and Furnace was installed by Steve & Mickhail .. Excellent service everything was done in a timely manner, when finished they answered any questions we had and everything was left very clean!

Nicholas T came to my place to review a problem I was having with my newly installed Hot Water Heater. The issue had to do with condensation being created from the new High Efficiency Tank and the lack of a proper drainage system in the furnace room (currently using sub pump). I received a very detailed explanation of what was causing the problem, and a short term fix that you help with the problem. All service calls should be handle this well. Many thanks to Vince and John from Enercare. They came out in record heat (well over 40 C with the humidity) to install a new A/C. They worked efficiently to get the new unit up and running as quickly as possible. Friendly, polite, and experts at what they do -- great job!!!

Rachael Welsh Energy Management Consultant, Licensed Gas Technician and Sales Professional attended our residence today to discuss the replacement of a new Furnace and Air Conditioner. She was very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. She is very knowledgable and took her time showing us all our options. I found her to be a true professional. Had a furnace replaced and an air conditioner installed by two personable fellows ( Vince R. and Nick B. ) These fellows were very professional and experienced in their work as well as having great and friendly personalities. They arrived on time and made sure I completely knew what the were doing. They made sure I understood how to operate the system in the most efficient manner. They left everything neat and tidy and also made sure they swept up after the completion of their work. I would highly recommend Enercare and Vince and Nick for any repairs or installations you require .Also had a water heater swaped out by Michelle and Jeremy. Again very efficient service by these two professionals. Pleasant and knowledgeable and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Thank you so much.
