(January 17, 2020, 10:48 pm)Called to come out to install Sump Pump he asked me right away for $300.00 eDeposit before coming that I sent he came out told me that he doesn't know where the line is to install and to contact the city for drawings of house then call him back. found out from another plumber theirs a tool they use to track line and no need to ask city for drawings. contacted him notified him told me cant be done that way. 2 months went by got job done with professional plumber who has the tool. contacted Fateh plumbing to ask for refund of $200 he said his time coming out with helper and gas cost $260 and will refund $40 that I didn't take. Plumbers come out to access jobs all the time for free. Not a honest good guy. I have all msgs and proof via text.
(May 23, 2019, 12:04 am)fateh is excellent! I called with a minor emergency and he was at my door 20 minutes later. Very friendly and efficient; he showed me the inner workings of my plumbing issue and offered round the clock availability should I need help again. Highly recommend!
