The best nails ever.The place is busy but its worth waiting. I wish my nails grow bit slower. Got so many compliments. Trust me I did houshold stuff with my nails on. Not a single damage. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite nail salon in Brampton. I seriously don’t know how/why some individuals had such a horrible experience here. All the staff members have always been very welcoming and gone above and beyond to make the experience great or accommodate me on short notice. Always pay attention to detail and the pricing is fair. I highly recommend!
I’ve been going to this location since they opened up. They consistently have superior service. They treat their employees well, you see the same employees for many years.
Ann is easy to deal with and so is her husband. They are calm and do not push extra services.

I went there when they just opened after the pandemic lockdown, in June. I understand they were very very busy. I had an appointment for 5:30. When I reached there, they asked me to come back at 6. So I left and returned at 6pm.
They didn’t even say anything to me when I came back and stood by the door for the first 7-10 minutes. Then one of the workers told me to sit. My turn finally came at 6:45pm. 1 hour and 15 minutes after my appointment. Not once did I ask them how long it will be. I knew it was a busy time for them so I was understanding.
It’s just disappointing to see that they didn’t even apologize to me or tell me that they will be with me soon. Nor did my nail tech try to engage in a conversation with me. She just asked me which colour and did her thing.
Not sure if they treat all of their customers like this or just the new ones because I will not be returning any time soon and will definitely share my poor experience with others so everyone can lower their expectations when going there.
I went there reading the good reviews so it was disheartening to see that I didn’t get the level of service others got.
