First Class Auto Service

I don't usually write reviews but.....

I was driving when suddenly, I heard a grinding sound coming from my back tires. It was that same moment, I felt a weight in my chest telling me I had to go to a car shop to get it fixed and that it would probably cost an arm and a leg.

Fortunately, I knew exactly where I would take my car — to First Class Auto Service. After hearing countless friends and people in the area telling me to get my car serviced there for years now, I knew I had to give them a call.

I made an appointment to bring my car in at my earliest convenience. The receptionist was very friendly and I was kindly greeted as I walked in. I am not quite sure what it was but I swear from that moment, I knew that I was going to be in good hands. They gave me the time I needed to explain what was going on and ask the questions I had about my car. They took my SUV in and I waited as they diagnosed and fixed the problem. I also had an opportunity to speak to one of the mechanics in the back and was even more glad to know that the First Class employees actually working on my car were personable and friendly. I felt comfortable being there and they took little to no time to clearly explain the issues that my car was having.

Later that day, I picked up my car and it was driving like new again. They took care of me and gave me fair prices along with a comparison of different parts I could use with the pros and cons of each. I personally went with the best quality parts to match the best quality service at First Class Auto.

I can tell that First Class Auto puts their customers first and after my pleasant experience, I am sure that they will do the same not only for me in the future but for every single one of their customers. It only feels right that I recommend this place for any of your car needs. From the moment you step in, to the moment you step out, you know that you are a priority especially when your go-to mode of travel is in need of repair.
