Best place I know in Brampton to shop for africa food is Folak .

I got shaki, ponmo, goat meat, chicken. There prices are very reasonable.

Very well stocked with African food items especially Nigerian including the oddly thought out items like periwinkles, panla, Pomo, etc and her frozen veggies are very well preserved. A bit pricey but that is to be expected for hardly available items now considered as ‘almost’ delicacies.
