Our customer had requested to get the Safe Food for Canadian Regulation License for us to store more of their food products. We hired “FSCA” to write and implement a preventive control plan (PCP). They were able to work efficiently with CFIA and approved “PCP”. Since then, we have been using their services in food safety programs writing, implementation and training of our employees including getting ready for our annual GDP (Good Distribution Practices) audit.
