Recently I installed a new AC and a new furnace with Four Seasons. Dealing with Craig was very convenient and he was very fast with responding any questions I had. Craig and his people did a great job of replacing the furnace and switching us over to tankless water heating - quick, thorough and knowledgeable. Craig was very patient with our questions and queries, and he came in with the best price and clearly knew his stuff. The installation crew was fast, precise and did a super job, even in these COVID times. We'll be calling again when it's time for an AC upgrade.

My old furnace and air conditioner needed replacement. After research, I decided to try Craig's company. Having technical background, I tried to figure out the best solution and after reading basics about furnace and AC types, capacities etc. asked Greg millions of questions. He answered with great level of detail and patience suggesting several options. Mike (technician) came to make measurements and also was very professional, polite and patient answering all questions.
When installation time was arranged, the crew (Mike and Al) came on time. They put rags on the floor to prevent scratching, removed old and installed a new furnace. They also connected Google thermostat I bought. Craig followed up several days asking how everything is performing. Couple days later the crew was back for air conditioner installation because they had to wait until the snow melts. They removed old AC, levelled the base with gravel, put an anti-vibration pad and installed the new one on top. Both furnace and AC soldering, electrical connections and metal work on plenum looks very clean. Also Craig called after saying that in the summer he would send a technician to check the pressure in AC piping.
Overall, I'm very happy with the experience. Working with Craig's team gives confidence the job is well done.

He walked me through the whole process and was quick to respond to all my questions before, during, and after the installation. The install itself took place on September 04th and was both efficient and flawless. Craig's team (Mike & Al), were very professional, prompt, and tidy. They took great care when removing the old units and also when setting the new units in place. They tested both units and then walked me through proper operation, gave me some good tips, and answered all my questions.

The follow-up from Craig was great and he asked me to reach out anytime should I have further questions or encounter any issues. I would highly recommend Four Season Comfort for their great service and competitive pricing for the products they carry.
