I have to preface this review by mentioning that I rarely give reviews never-mind negative one , but my unbelievably bad experience with Gardena and their customer service model (or lack there of) left me no alternative.
In June the wall mount for my Gardena hose reel broke and I have literally been trying to get a hold of someone from service/customer service ever since. I have emailed them on 3 separate occasions, I have left messages on their general voice mail as well as with 3 other departments, and still to date I have not heard from anyone.
Once I left a Google review the company contacted me and apologized for not getting back to me. When Shaurya reached out to me he seemed very earnest in his desire to help and resolve the issue, which he did.
In my mind the reason this issue was resolved was not because they sent me the part I needed (although it didn't hurt), it was because they didn't make any excuses and owned the fact that they had screwed up.
For that reason I will continue to support the company and purchase their products in the future.

I have had a Gardena watering wand for about 20 years. This past summer the ring that holds the perforated metal sprinkler disk cracked.

I contacted Gardena to see if I could still purchase the replacement ring. I ended up speaking with Shaurya Singh , Marketing Coordinator, Gardena Division.

He sent me a replacement at no charge which was not the right one.

I reached out to him again and sent him photos of my old but reliable wand.

He located the correct part and mailed it to me at no cost.

This company produces/sells great equipment and their customer service is outstanding. Truly refreshing in this day and age.

The spring in my Gardena Classic shears broke and after contacting Gardena a new spring was received and the shears work again! I am so pleased with the customer service received from this Company. It's refreshing to have people who work for and run this Company who care about the customer experience. And I am certainly glad to FIX rather than to throw away into the landfill.

Called to see if there was a solution to my gardening needs. Shaurya knew exactly what I needed and was quick to help me out...My order arrived the very next day! It's nice to work with knowledgeable people who are genuinely excited about their solutions/products and take pride in being able to help someone out.

This company is awesome. I needed an extension cable to connect the 5 m cable of the moisture sensor to the water timer I had purchased. Amazon in the USA didn't have the part. No shipping to the USA from Germany where Gardena products are made either. As soon as they were back to work from the pandemic, it was shipped out. Their staff is very friendly.
