This gym is clean, spacious, and provides all the necessary equipment for power lifting and strength training, my favorite workouts. Come check it out and enjoy your workouts. ( PS. The staff is kind and friendly feel free to ask questions as they will help out )

This is my first gym experience, first time trying out workouts, i did some sessions with a trainer named (Alex )and I learned a lot with in 2 weeks time. Definitely enjoyed and had fun with the workouts and learning experience. I'm confident in how to do workouts now and especially enjoy the staff who has made me welcomed and helped me out here and there when needed as i completed my training sessions, and usually have questions sometimes... So they really provided me with good knowledge and support. The person who assisted me to get started, (GARRY) he motivated me and my parents to start changing habits with nutrition and lifestyle choices, now im coming to gym regularly and see results, my parents are happy with the outcome. and definitely think this location is open and clean and for new person in gym i felt invited and welcomed.

Goodlife truly lives up to the name. Shelli runs an amazing branch at Brampton Gateway!

Made a lot of new friends here and the workout classes are super challenging to meet fitness goals.

The cleanliness, state-of-the-art equipment, and warm atmosphere makes this a wonderful place to workout.

I love SHOPPERS WORLD GOODLIFE! Perfect place for me to lift my weights and feel completely comfortable. I also love this facility, there is so much cool equipment such as the monkey bras. Also Shelli is a fantastic General Manager, she actively listens to feedback and always welcomes new members with a smile. As a young guy I’m super impressed with her. Sunny signed me up, like his name he’s a ray of sunshine and the perfect guy to see working in a gym, he really brightened my day! This gym is lit bra!

My first day at the gym and the staff was really friendly and kind. Garry in particular was a great help to me. He made me feel comfortable coming into the gym and guided me through memberships that would best suit me without pressure. Would really recommend him for anyone starting out their fitness journey and needs someone knowledgeable.
