I bought a really nice 2015 Hyundai elantra from Ravi and had some issues with the engine after driving it for 2 months. I came back and he gave me multiple options on what we could do going forward (replace engine, trade in for a new car, etc), he ended up giving me a full refund!! He is an honest man with great integrity, you don't find people like him anymore especially in the car dealing business. I appreciate his accomdating service and will recommend him to all of my friends and family going forward!!

I bought a Honda CR-V from Hansen and I got heater core issues after my purchase so I called them and guess what, no questions asked they want me to bring the vehicle back at my earliest convenience and they fixed it free of cost even though it was a major issue , I wish google has more stars because 5 stars are not enough for the service I received ????

First time dealt with ravi ,GEM of a person , nothing much to say !!!!!!very much satisfied with their service.

We bought a Honda Crv on a very reasonable price and shop warranty on top of it , can't go wrong with their own warranty.
