(March 31, 2018, 4:44 pm)I got terrible back pain from work. I went for physio, and tried every other possible solutions to my problem. I went to yoga here just for one day, and I started feeling better and I am happy to say that as of now my back pain is completely cured! Thanks to HYC!
(June 20, 2017, 1:34 am)I have been going to these classes for over a year now and I honestly think it's amazing!! The instructor, Dhiren, does an extraordinary job catering towards each student's needs and abilities and assists to achieve each of their personal goals. I stopped my gym membership after starting these classes as I feel yoga does more wonders to my health than the gym ever did! I would totally recommend this to anyone!!
(May 28, 2017, 8:50 pm)A perfect place to unwind and relax oneself with yoga poses. And get rejuvenated with meditation,breathing techniques and supreme knowledge. The instructor (Dhiren) is very passionate about sharing his love for yoga with others, his classes offer everyone the chance of learning new things. He has playful approach to encourage people to live in positivity. I was suffering with thyroid from last 5 years after practicing yoga from almost 15 months has only made it better. Yoga improves all over health . Check out harmony yoga classes for great adventure.
(April 7, 2017, 10:51 pm)I have had the pleasure of attending Yoga classes at Harmony Yoga Centre and it has been enlightening and enjoyable! Our Instructor Dhirenbhai leads his Yoga classes creatively by pulling together his vast experience and study of many types of yoga and building a flowing sequence that is both beneficial to the students and a whole lot of fun! He has a great sense of humor and will often begin the session with warm-ups followed by an energetic mix of well planned targeted poses. His ability to connect with the students is whole and instinctual, making his teaching that much more potent and alive.
I highly recommend attending class at Harmony Yoga Centre. I guarantee that you will learn a lot and have so much fun in the process!
(March 14, 2017, 9:56 pm)After my graduation in 2014, I was kind of lost during the recession period. I was searching for a purpose and goal in life. Yoga came to the rescue. I started yoga at Harmony Yoga Centre in May 2014. Ever since then, yoga has brought a very positive change. It helped me define a goal in life. Also, it helped me remove negative thoughts. I see huge health benefits and it helped eliminate stress. I would recommend Harmony Yoga Centre to everybody. The earlier you start the better!!
