Harry's Freight is extremely reliable in terms of getting deliveries done and is tremendous with follow-ups. From my experience over the phone, he always kept me posted with updates on my shipments as well as being very helpful throughout the entire process. This company is easily accessible over the phone which is a great thing. If for whatever reason that I couldn't reach them, they would call me shortly after to follow up on my inquiries as well as give me updates. This is important to me as a customer because by being able to get in touch with them allows me to get prompt updates on the status of my shipment(s) and gives me a peace of mind knowing where they are. It also helps that they are friendly and accommodating over the phone! Would recommend them for anyone in regards to logistics services and transportations of goods.

Harry's Freight is extremely reliable from my experience so far. Efficient clearing process, great customer service team, and always have a follow up to make sure everything went alright with my deliveries. I deal in procurement for a few private and not for profit organizations and I will be making sure we use HFL as our primary delivery provider. Have used DHL, Fedex, UPS, and other freight services but haven't had nearly the same customer service experience.

Hands down the best service in the GTA for transportation and logistics. They made the process of transporting our shipment super easy and seamless.
