I've had my fair share of bad experiences from hairstylists ripping me off or charging me an arm and leg to just colour my hair or refusing to let know me the price I would be paying for my appointment if I agreed to use certain products. Twee breaks down the prices for you and lets you know exactly what your bill would be. She's also a great conversationalist so it makes your appointment go by in a flash. SO HAPPY WITH MY HAIR. Went here for the first time yesterday to get my hair cut and highlights. It had been two years and i was a bit nervous, but all was gone once i walked in . Twee took care of me from the time i walked in , she listened to what i wanted and offered her opinion on what would compliment me best. I am so very happy with how my hair turned out , and have received countless compliments from many people. I will indeed be going back. ( I think i found my new hairdresser)

Went here for the first time to get highlights done. I wanted a balayage which still showed alot of my natural hair colour and was specific on what I wanted. Twee did a great job and I loved the outcome!! She gave me ash brown highlights and it looked awesome. She was friendly, and easy to talk to and listened to everything I wanted. I would definitely come back again! I recommend this place!

I've been in search for years to have a hairdresser I can trust. Well the search is finally over! I came across Highlight Essence by browsing Google. The rate and reviews were majority good so why not give it a try. It was a Sunday and found a chance to go. I phoned and looked for Twee. She accommodated me despite her busy booking for the day. I was impressed on the ambiance and cleanliness of the salon. I felt comfortable right away. I showed her a pic of the haircut I would like to have (Bobcut but a lil longer on the back). She delivered thoroughly well! I was very happy of the outcome. She did an excellent job! You can tell she knows what she's doing by just telling her what I wanted. Apart from the satisfaction I had, got many compliments too which is a bonus! Twee is easy to talk to and nice.
