We ordered Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds from Supershade in Toronto. The service was great and their support in picking the right blinds and colours was truly appreciated since Hunter Douglas has so many beautiful options. Everything arrived as scheduled and the install was flawless and efficient. Our living and dining rooms are now absolutely stunning thanks to the elegance of the Silhouettes and the UltraGlide operation is simple, effective and safe. I highly recommend these Hunter Douglas blinds and the folks at Supershade.

I bought 5 motorized rollers for my blinds. After experiencing some issues for the first 3 years Hunter Douglas and attempting to resolve them with my dealer, I approached the head office and quoted the 5-year motorized warranty. Hunter Douglas was true to their warranty and complimentary replaced my motors and blinds. The customer service directly from Hunter Douglas was great! My only regret was not working with their head office sooner! Thank you! I am now a VERY satisfied Hunter Douglas customer and recommend the company to all of my family and friends. I love the ability to synchronize them with google home!

Purchased Hunter Douglas from a local dealer and loved the product and quality. There are some negative comments on here but some seem to be dealer related issues and NOT hunter douglas related. The product is high quality and the best in the business. With it being custom made your going to have some issues but it is how they respond that makes the difference.
