    Fantastic customer service, really. JOTO went truly above and beyond with my (extremely unique) order. Even though I only ordered small quantities, JOTO still took the time to ensure I was 100% happy and everything went smoothly. If you are considering becoming a customer, reach out to JOTO and see for yourself how great the customer service is. Also, they have the best selection of sublimation products in Canada, no other company had colored sublimation mugs that I could find.

    Michael and Wayne were so helpful in helping me choose the correct printer for my needs and making sure my order was shipped to me quickly. Amazing service. Not to mention they were down most of their staff due to covid and are still managing to help customers. Thank you so much :)
