Lucas was a pleasure to deal with, via email and telephone, to set up an appointment. Once at my location, Lucas was professional, courteous, and kind. He and his team worked constantly, removing two truckloads of stuff from my home. Knowing they donate any useful items is a big plus for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. They were able to accommodate my short-notice booking, they were on-time, they did a great job, and all within the given quote. Great price and they were quick and friendly when they arrived for the pick up. They were helpful explaining the process and COVID precautions and I was able to donate few of my furniture that was in great condition. I was very happy with the service.
