Kate’s Nails & Spa

I dont even know what to say, i got my acrylics done by Lara and she shaped the nails really nicely but (I’m attaching the picture) this is what happened after a few hours to the nails on one of my hands.. i mean.. i think i have to get them re done from some other place because this doesnt really look good.

I absolutely love the atmosphere of this salon. Nail artists will sit and have a conversation with you and make it an even more enjoyable experience. They truly put time and effort into doing your nails and make sure you’re more than satisfied. My only regret was not getting the name of the lady who did my nails because they look amazing and for a fraction of the price you’d get anywhere else!! Just found my new go-to nail salon 😁

I have been coming to this location (Main & Nanwood) for years and the new management is a huge improvement!

They must have talent because now each time I go, the place is now busy and there is a wait (best to call in and make an appointment). Apparently they have the same personal care services as before (waxing and hot stone massages) but I have not tried yet.

All of the nail technicians take their time, are very careful and ensure each nail is perfectly shaped and you can tell that they paid well as there is no rush. I was watching the other technicians and they all take their careful time and all clients were more than happy. My nail did chip but the staff were more than accommodating I was able to have my nail fixed quickly and I am perfectly happy with the result.

They have an vast assortment of new, fresh colours and the shop itself has been significantly updated - its cleaner, brighter and more welcoming. You can see that all tools are disinfected often and thoroughly cleaned. Staff are very friendly and management obviously cares about the shop. The only downside is that they only accept debit (no credit card).

Great example that new management can be an improvement!
