Kody has recently completed a redo of my basement, it was in rough shape. I arranged for a foundation leak repair which had caused a lot of the damage. Kody arranged for a mold inspection and mold was found and removed. Kody has refinished the basement by insulating it, new walls and trim, painting and flooring. It looks amazing! Kody's workmanship and his attention to detail is impressive

We originally asked Kody to replace flooring in our upper level but ended up adding to the project. He replaced 2 doors, repainted master bedroom, replaced all trim work and door handles, repainted hallway upper level through to basement and also matched the flooring in our living room to the upstairs. We also had him repair a hole in our kitchen ceiling where we had a leak from a few years ago.
I cannot tell you what an amazing job Kody did. You would need to see it to believe it. He really looks at all the details. Things we never would have thought about caught his attention and he wasn't happy till it was fixed.
You will not go wrong if you hire him. You will not be sorry.

Kody rebuilt my fence in the backyard after 30+ years of wear and tear had left it extremely shaky. There were some delays that were imposed by things outside his control like the city and cable companies taking forever to assess the safety of digging, in general I was pleased with Kody and he was one of the only contractors who would provide me with real references.

Kody recently completed a small project of removing our wood burning fireplace and sealing it up and dividing up the space to make a bedroom space for our elderly parents.
Kody arrived promptly daily, leaving the space clean and safe at the end of the day.
