When I had heard that Joe Kolar (original owner) was retired, I have to admit, I was sad. He’s been in our lives both for our personal vehicles and for an exceptionally long and mutually respectful history for our corporate ones.
When I met Nathan (the new owner), I was with my mother who was there for service on her vehicle. It was really early in the morning. Mom and I were hurting for coffee and we knew we’d have a long day ahead. Nathan, greeted us with a sincere smile and with his easy demeanour, casual comfort and remarkable attentiveness, sent one of his staff to the coffee shop and got us coffee. BIG WIN there. Hey, coffee lovers get it.

Nathan always kept us sincerely informed throughout the process that day. We had no doubt of his genuine nature and kindness. This encouraged us to return to his shop with two more of our family vehicles.

That is when we really saw the class act that is Nathan of Kolar Auto.

I came to him with a problem that was quoted by another service centre at a cost near $2000. He discussed all of the options with sincerity and I ended up paying just under $200. And the concern is positively gone.

Nathan has been consistent with kindness. He is humble, generous courteous, provides over the top service and always has time for his clients.

Just picked up my car today, the team did an amazing job. The car looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside which wasn't expect. thanks again! Very happy with the result

I came with my Jeep today and asked if they had a Riveting tool to rivet two things in place. One of the awesome guys there came out and helped put on the part. We offered him some money for his time and tool he wouldn’t accept. Just an amazing guy thank you for lending me a hand for a few minutes. Definitely want people like this working on your car.

I highly recommend Kolar auto, Nathan was amazing! He’s a very decent guy, delivered what he promised, I took my car to fix the front bumper he gave me a reasonable price and finished it within one day! The car was also shiny and clean waiting for me when I picked it up which made me so happy, and that little charming touch made me love kolar auto more!
Nathan also gave me a loaner car to help me while working on my car.

Nathan was great! His quote was much less than everyone else and he was finished in half the time everyone else had said. He is a very genuine person and truly cares about his customers. Reading his other reviews, and his place looking very legit made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with him. The work he did was excellent and I would highly recommend Nathan to anybody!
