They got my prescription and helped me find glasses that I liked. They even tried attempted to fix my broken glasses. I really appreciated them going the extra mile for that. In 24 hrs, they were able to get my lenses in with frames from their store. I will return to Loox in future, and switch to them for my future eye health needs because they have affordable deals and care about their customers. Thank you Loox!
