We had put our house on the market a couple months before, for 19 days, but barely had traction. We listed with Lenny and he was extremely proactive and got our house sold in 2 days, way over the price we had negotiated. We also purchased our new home through him and he managed to get us the best price with a house in a neighborhood we had our eye on . We have never had such an easy and efficient service with a realtor before .Definitely, commendable service from Lenny , A must invest in Realtor !

My wife and I have been renting for sometime now and we were looking to buy a house. We spoke with a few different Realtors and we saw Lenny pop up on our instagram feed. Now I never use instagram for something like a realtor but my wife told me to give a call to him and see if he can help us and get his thoughts on the kind of home we wanted. Let me tell you, best decision she's made to date! I was surprised at helpful and knowledgeable Lenny was! He's fairly younger than most of the other Realtors we spoke with but unlike the others Lenny was super open, extremely attentive, and dedicated to finding us what we wanted. Happy to say Lenny helped us find our first home and we are ever grateful for everything he's done. I would recommend him 10/10 times. I've told my family and friends about him and felt like he deserves more recognition for his great work. Would highly recommend speaking with Lenny if you're in the market for a home. He has great market knowledge, super helpful, and always happy to answer any questions or concerns. Thank you Lenny for all your help over these past couple of months, truly a god send!
