Mr Vishal or Doctor Patel as my wife calls him, the Physiotherapist, knows my aches and pains and i feel brand new after each visit. My muscles and joints used to be tough and stiff but now I am flexible. He helps me with stretches and exercises apart from his healing touches, not using heating and pressure machine. His wife, Meghan, the Registered Massage Therapist, is one of the best I've ever used; petite but powerful grip and excellent pressure which I love because I prefer deep tissue massage. You need to specify the level of pressure you prefer. She's very professional and to me an expert. They do the insurance claim for you without hassles. Facilities are clean and clinic is spacious. Parking spot is available and safe. They observe Covid protocols and you'll feel safe and hygienic. They provide mask if you come without it and make sure patients do not overlap presence in the clinic. I would not have the slightest hesitation to recommend this wellness centre to anyone looking to feel better and young again, if you like.

I came here for a 60 min massage and i took Deep tissue Massage with her. My massage was amazing. Great pressure and great technique was there, I wish I could come every week. The facility is really nice and spacious. They are following all COVID-19 rules and regulations with wearing proper mask.

Very professional service as the therapist knows her work pretty well. Also they do direct billing with the insurance so I didn’t need to pay single penny. Safety precautions are taken in count as we are going through pandemic.
Looking forward to get couple more session as I personally love the service.
