So I should have given them a 5 but I gave three because of one small thing that bothered me. One of the employees at front desk Brittany was slightly rude and unprofessional. It almost felt I am at a ministry of Transportation or a public office where they are a little cold with you. Every time I am trying to say something she would just cut me off assuming she understood my question. Again, she good be a great employee and may be having a bad day but a well spoken attitude specially for a service I can take my business away in a blink of eye would go a long way. Why I wanted to give 5 stars, Cam was a complete turnaround, exceptional greeting skills on the phone and amazing to meet in person. Very personable and emphatic. He also gave me an HONEST advise which is something I always see Master Mechanic does thus I go to them.

Absolutely amazing service! They helped over the phone and even gave me updates to make my own decisions based on the maintenance needed, recommend anyone who wants reliable help.

I started to get my 2012 Mazda serviced at Master Mechanic in May of 2018. The service is timely & excellent. My husband brought in his 2013 Ford Explorer & they were able to accommodate him on short notice to get a winter service & tire change done in early November when we had to travel to Sudbury for my mom’s funeral. Most recently, they serviced my Mazda in 10 minutes without an appointment. I would highly recommend Master Mechanic for servicing your car. They are knowledgeable, friendly & provide service in a timely manner.

My wife and I were looking for a good and honest garage that we could trust and feel comfortable with. After meeting Britney we found out quickly that her knowledge of cars/parts/industry was very good but it was her honesty that sold us! The work performed is always done in a timely manner without surprises or issues. We would recommend MM to everyone that is looking for an honest repair shop! Been a customer for many years now. No other mechanic is allowed to look inside my hood . All work is performed on my 2 vehicles by THESE guys. They have earned my loyalty, trust, and confidence that the job will get done right. Britney, the Service Manager, on the other hand is a welcomed and relatively new addition to the team. She is “Customer Service Excellence” with a smile, and not to mention, very knowledgeable in her field. I have recommended other family members to come here as well. Paul, (the general manager) is also a stand up guy and I find him to be fair in his business and takes good care of his customers, when, in the rare occasions, there may be an issue with something. Over All : 5 STARS + 1 for GOOD LUCK ????
