Mayfield Foot & Orthotic Clinic

It’s really good experience for me and my family.Roya is really nice and friendly person.She gave all the information in detail . very nice and clean environment of this clinic.They have specialists and work carefully .overall I really like the clinic and also my orthotics.I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Mayfield foot and orthotic clinic is very good. I recieve my orthotics from them, I am very happy with the customer service and the products I received. The customer service is great and the employees are very nice. I highly recommend this clinic if you have benefits and are in need of orthotics. Also, every time I visit the clinic, I receive free shoe deodorant from Roya.

Roya (the owner) was straight forward and explained the process as it was my first time claiming orthotics through my workplace insurance, I had no idea I had coverage via my workplace insurance until I met Roya. Wonderful person and seemed down to earth to deal with. I have recommended my friends/family to her and I highly recommend her to anyone for her service and quality!

I had the best experience doing buissness with the manager ( Roya Qayumzada) she handled everything perfectly for me and my family and she billed directly to my insurance and received my orthotics and shoes on time . I recieved my money back in full from my insurance company right away and she was very friendly and nice and it was great dealing with her and was very professional.I recommend anyone with insurance looking to use up your coverages to go ahead to her and she will take care of it for you and your family !
