Absoutly amazing. I’ve been to two other well known chain mechanic shops trying to locate a vapour leak that caused my engine light to stay on with no success. Wanting to charge me for parts and labour that didn’t have anything to do with the problem. I’ve been trying to get that fixed for months through the other mechanics and McCrackin Auto found it during a routine maintence check and the vapour issue is getting fixed within the week after the parts come in. Amazing job.

Me and my family have been taking our vehicles to McCracken for years and have never had a problem. Good pricing, friendly workers, great service. Wouldn't trust any other place to take my vehicle accept for McCracken Auto.

Before posting my review I read the reviews below. It really upsets me when I see damaging reviews from “Ignorant” (that means uneducated idiots). LAKESHA-feeling entitled to receive free service from a professional that would have to charge to touch your vehicle is only in your best interest as if something happened to your car while they were assisting you, you would accuse them that they did something wrong to it. MM (Coward with no name) when you pay for an Inspection and there is something wrong with your vehicle and you choose to take it somewhere else REGARDLESS of why NO MECHANIC can write a Certification. It’s against the law. They have no idea what another Mechanic did to your vehicle. It’s PROFESSIONAL of them to refuse. If you wanted them to Inspect your vehicle again you would have to pay for another. Why didn’t you just get the wonderful mechanic that did the work to give you a Certificate? My daughter and I have brought our vehicles to them and I have have multiple issues with my vehicle that were fixed promptly, reasonable priced and with very good communication keeping us well informed throughout the steps of completion. More customer service than we have experienced through chains. A family run business that lives by their name. We need more businesses like this with such INTEGRITY.
