(September 18, 2021, 10:20 pm)Menasha packaging provides work for newly arrived international students which is a great thing. Generally, the people from agency, line leaders or supervisors behave(at work) like the people in every organisation.
But this place definitely needs to bring in some human relations because few people doesn’t have the manners or know how to treat others during work, and lacks workplace culture in general. The management should train their employees to be more polite and respectful.
The only problem for me is that I had a reverse cultural shock here!!!
Overall, its a good place to work.
