I went to MR LUBE for the first time to do Oil and winter tire change. End up doing a lot more than usual but it was worth it. Their MR LUBE team is one of the best I have ever seen at any workplace. All team members are very friendly and polite. There is a constant communication between technician and a customer that I haven’t seen anywhere else. They are not pushing for any services that are not needed(You can seat in the car and watch them doing all the work). One of the team members named JASS(Thank you) was constantly acknowledging me about the services and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. They offered me a discount without even asking😊. Definitely recommend this place.!! See you next time… Keep up the good work.!!

This new Mr Lube has the best service available. The staff and management are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take care of you from the time you enter the service needed to the end result! Highly recommend this Mr.lube. The staff that work here are very helpful and kind. Today I came in for a oil/tire change and was taken care of by everyone. Harjot ( one of the service reps) was kind and offered me drinks and made sure I was comfortable during the service. The tire and oil change was completed within 20 minutes and they all worked efficiently. I will be coming back for further services.

Absolutely amazing service!!! I was asked multiple times if I wanted water/coffee/tea. Offered their wifi twice while I waited. They explained everything they were doing. Lots of communication between the workers and management. I was recommended an engine flush and I took it because I knew I was 300 km over. Our service rep was Babu and he was so kind and polite. Not pushy at all, and didn’t push services on me that I didn’t really need. I did end up doing a bunch of stuff, and spending quite a bit, but I can’t be bothered to go from place to place anyways. Other team members checked my lights, lubricated my hinges, checked cabin air filter etc etc. I have never received this kind of service from an auto motive shop EVER. Phenomenal. Highly recommend and will return again. Thank you Mr Lube team at Fogal road. They also gave me a gift bag and my son a colouring book and crayons! Wow!
