Osmow's Bramalea Road

Osmow's is ok. The food is pretty good. No matter what I order they don't know the menu unless you order a shawarma or chicken on the rocks.
Ordering sometimes feels like you're bothering them. They are sometimes to busy talking to each other rather than helping customers. I don't know who the supervisor or manager but they need to do better at getting the staff focused.

I prefer this location over the sandalwood one. idk why but their food just tastes a bit better. They work very efficiently during rush hour!

I absolutely love this Osmow's location! I come to this store very often, more than once a week and every Sunday morning. I drive about 30 minutes just to get my favourite dishes from this Osmow's location. The staff are INCREDIBLY kind and funny. They make you feel welcome when you come to the store and the cashier always greeting you each time. The food tastes amazing and the service is extremely quick! My food is always hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this Osmows to EVERYONE!

Great Location. Fast Service & they have the best Chicken on the Rocks amongst all the locations I have tried. I would love if they can remain open for longer hours though.
