Pre School Petit Bateau

I am a mother of 4 children, ages 13,10, 4 and 2 years old. So I have dealt with daycare for pretty much 13 years. I Have always used daycare that speaks English although my first language is French and my kids go to a French school. For no reason at all I decided to try a French day for my youngest son and oh boy! what a big mistake it was.
Petit Bateau is clean, staff are polite but they have poor organization and communication.
My son missed the School Christmas concert, because I was not aware there was one. All they had to say was the information was on the door .
The door itself has 10 different papers on it , there is no way to distinguish what is recent and what is not.
The day care has been closed for the Christmas holidays and I have no idea for how long . no info on the website, no email to parents. My husband realized it was still closed today Jan 03rd when he went to drop our son.
no accurate communication on payments at all , unless you ask.
Because he started there in September 2017 I don't want to switch to a different day care that soon , but this will be his first and only year there.
Vey disappointed with this particular daycare. Seriously they need to improve. I was told to buy a book of $15 if I don't want to miss out any info. With all the money we pay to daycare I have to purchase a $15 book to get information about their holidays, concerts and payment schedules? Ridiculous!
