(February 1, 2019, 9:00 pm)One of the best Kung Fu schools I've seen around. This is a southern shaolin hung gar based school, the sifu here is very nice and very well trained. The instructors are also phenomenal as well. They have great opened hand forms such as the tiger-crane form, and they do weapons as well such as the double end staff, butterfly knives, broadsword, spear, single end staff, dual short knives. They also have self-defense, and sparring classes too. And for the extra curriculum, they have lion dance classes on Thursdays from 7 pm - 8 pm

(October 4, 2018, 4:19 pm)Great place to learn Southern style Kung fu! Its also a good way to get involved with the community as they have a couple of yearly lion dance performances around the city. A very unique way to exercise and to gain flexibility and a solid martial arts foundation!
