The mgr and Darshanie were very quick and helpful with assisting me on my banking transaction. After having 2 unpleasant experiences with 2 other locations here in Brampton, (I'm a frequent visitor who resides elsewhere) I'm happy and pleased to say that I've found my favorite location for banking.
I am very happy about opening new accounts at the Royal Bank of Canada. The service is friendly and the staff are fair. I had a problem with regards to opening a business account and got 6 months no fee for my personal bank account. I want to thank the staff a Dominic Casiero and Lilesha Weerackoon for professional and personal service..I cannot say kind things about the local Bank of Nova Scotia Bank Branches and staff in the Brampton area. The banks are always full and the service is terrible. The service fees are excessive and now I am seriously thinking of bringing all my business to Royal Bank in the next year...Getting a $75 service charge in December 2018 upset me very much and I do not feel that the Bank of Nova Scotia appreciates my business. The online Tangerine Bank owned by Scotia Bank is poorly supported . The Scotia Bank Call centre is one of the worst call centres in Canada and just as bad as ROGERS!!!! I tried opening a business account with Bank of Nova Scotia which proved to be a complete waste of time. Shortage of staff and advisors in branch and working in Call Centre with no business experience and no understanding of small business issues.
doing banking with them last couple of years and also has business account, staff is very helpful , i think they are overloaded ....everyone is doing everything ..i agree they need more staff . RBC is utilizing every second of their employees ...overloaded in my honest opinion.. this effects overall performance of branch
